MEET CHUCK BITER
Chuck Biter is a long time real estate investor and contractor that has been involved in both commercial and residential building for over 20 years.
✅ He has a great depth of knowledge in building new construction projects, renovating existing properties, and building elaborate custom homes.
✅ Additionally, he has trained and mentored well over 1,000 students in real estate investing.
✅ He works diligently with each of his individual coaching students to go from marketing for properties to collecting a big check!
✅ Chuck lives in Clarksville, Tennessee with his wife, Gina. Chuck is a fourth-generation Clarksvillian and takes great pride in living in the Middle Tennessee area. Their passion is in their faith, family, community, and those less fortunate.
✅ They use their success to support organizations such as Hope to Haiti and Caring House Project.
✅ They have also built homes locally for Habitat for Humanity. Chuck and Gina have been married for over 30 years. They have three grown children and four grandchildren.
